Both these towels are linen with medium blue embroidery. The traditional sayings are in German. They are in very good condition with no holes or stains that I can spot.
The first shows an angel. Our exchange student translated the text as “All the nice angel shall be your guardian”. Size is 17 in wide and 40.5 in long.
The second show a bird feeding the young in the nest. Hans translation is "My home in peace may God protect". Size is 16.5 in by 39.5 in.
In good condition; no tears or stains.
