No returns unless I have made a mistake in the description. No returns on cross stitch or needlework patterns. Buyer pays return shipping unless I have significantly erred in the description.
Orders, except for books, can be combined to save on shipping. I try to ship using the least expensive method. If you live in Chicago, you are welcome to pick up your purchase.
